Hey guys!
So today I’m going to show you guys the fitness apps I have on my iPhone, and my thoughts on them.
So first I have the Health App that comes with your iPhone- I don’t really like this app, but that could just be because I have others that I was using before. This would be awesome if you had a severe allergy, because you could put that in your medical ID.
Next I have the Nike+iPod- Honestly I have never used this. I don’t have the chip that you put in your shoe, so I can’t tell you what I think about this. haha
Next I have Strava- This is a running app. I used to use this more but now I have a new favorite app.
MapMyRun- This is the running app that has replaced Strava. I log all my runs in this thing, and I can figure out where to go when I’m out running. It gives you different tracks based on where you live (1 mile, 5 miles, uphill, ect…)
The next App I have is my personal fave. Its Ab Workouts (Feel Free Apps)- I use this every single day. No joke. I love doing the pre made workouts, as well as creating your own.
Leg Workouts (same producers as the ab workouts) is great for getting leg workouts. I don’t use this as much, but it is definitely a great option.
