Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked, shredded/torn, turkey
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes
- 2 cups chopped veggies (green beans, peppers, peas, onions,... whatever you have available)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the turkey, potatoes, veggies, and garlic to the skillet.
- Stir often until heated through (about 5-8 minutes). If you're using mashed potatoes, break up the pieces as they heat up and they will form hash-brown like potato bits.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
