Thanksgiving is coming up, very, very, very, soon and I just wanted to do a post on a very nontraditional potato dish you can do. This is perfect on the table or as a snack during your day’s adventures.
Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet potato (This recipe makes about 2 servings so feel free to edit the recipe)
- 2 TSP Olive Oil
- ½ TSP Smoked Paprika
- ¼ TSP Salt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
- Slice your sweet potato very thinly in rounds and then coat them all with the olive oil, paprika, and salt.
- Place them in a small muffin tray. This will give them the effect of a basket.
- Bake them until the edges curl and the middle part is a golden color. This should be about 12 minutes.
- I recommend serving these directly out of the oven.
These are delicious for a nontraditional snack on Thanksgiving or just a snack whenever you feel like it. Comment below if you try this recipe and what you thought about it!
XOXO,
Gloss
